Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

hi my name is chirstiana and i have a 3 year old with my ex husband and i dont have an address but i do have a phone number. and i started the paperwork to get cosidy and i was wondering what is my rights? and i also have police reports on him if that help too

Your divorce papers should detail custody rights. If not you will have to file in court for an order of custody. If your ex has criminal or violence problems you should not have any problem getting custody - unless you have serious problems yourself.
