For Christmas holiday schedule, do I count how many days or how many overnight visits there are to determine if the holiday is equally shared?

Generally, the courts look at the number of overnights. According to the statutory parent time schedule, if the Christmas break has an even number of days, then the exchange is at 7:00 p.m. at the half way point. Otherwise, if it is an odd number of days, then the exchange is at 1:00 p.m. at the half way point.
