Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

My daughter's ex-husband has a cat, and with their daughter being allergic to cats and dogs, does she have to let her go to his house where the cat lives? Do we have a legal leg to stand on?

If he is not taking precautions to limit his daughter's exposure to the animal, then you may have a basis to seek an order from the court requiring him to do something about it.
