Is a notarized Document considered a legal document in the court of law

A notarized document is only the testimony of a third person (notary) that the signatures were affixed in the notary's presence. A court can use or accept a notarized document as evidence. However a notarized document DOES NOT change an existing order. If the plaintiff and defendant want to change a court order, they can submit a notarized statement of their new agreement, but a new order is required to make it 'legal.'

Generally, yes it is considered a verified signature on a document, it is not necessarily make all documents legal simply because it is notarized.
