Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

As you've posted this question in Utah, I'm assuming you're dealing with a matter in this state. The first place to go would be any District Court in the state and they should be able to pull up any records. However, keep in mind that because domestic cases are private and not a matter of public record, you would not be allowed to access anything unless you are a party to the case.
