Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I want to marry my girlfriend, but she went through a nasty divorce that cost her a lot of money and she is afraid that if we get divorced, she will lose everything again. Is there a contract that we can write so that any money either of us earns during the course of the marriage will stay with that person, including retirement funds, stocks, bonds, etc. no matter how long we are married?

You need a pre-nuptial agreement. I have written a number of them.
