Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I am a single mother of two boys who are under the age of two. IMy children's father is a Staff Sargent in the Army. He is currently a Cadet in the local college ROTC program. He is currently married and has been since my first son. His wife had left him after she had her child a couple months after i had my son who is his child. I had moved in due to nowhere else I could go. I only get $60 a month in child support and don't work enough to afford housing or any place. don't qualify for state help. He is abusive and I now feel unsafe for the children and I. He threatens to kick me out with nowhere to go several times daily. What are my rights and what can I do?

First call your sheriff or police department and find out where the women's shelter is. They can help you get protective orders.
