Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Soon to be ex taking property.

My mother in-law left town for the holiday and her soon to be ex-husband went into their home while she was gone and took almost all of their community possessions as well as things that belonged to her before their marriage. He took the all the automobiles (only titled in her name), the motorhome, the appliances, all TV's, all computers, furniture, cameras and other valuables. What are her rights and how would she go about getting any of the property back? She does not even have a car to get to work with. She feels violated and the police told her there is nothing that she can do. She can not get in to a lawyer for 3 more days. Where can she go for help?

Re: Soon to be ex taking property.

She will have to see a lawyer to get her property back, or if she can located it she can go get it back herself.
