Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Utah

The company I worked for went out of business, I still have a company vehicle as it will not start, I notified the Company Manager a month ago and they have yet to come and get the vehicle. I am now going to send a letter out to them certified return receipt, giving them 72 hours to remove it, if not picked up with in that time I will begin charging storage fees. If they do not pick the vehicle up or pay storage fees at what point can I legally put a lien on the vehicle?
