Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Utah
I reported child abuse of a family member that was anonymously and when they sent the report to the family member's lawyer they left my name in. Now family is not speaking to me and i have had threats of harm. All the state basically said was sorry. This has ruined my family life and I feel in danger now. can I sue the state?
