Legal Question in Immigration Law in Utah

Immigrations forms I-485

I am working on the I-485, and some of the form is not clear. What is ''Address-C/O'', where would I find her ''A#'' and ''Current USCIS Status'' (she entered the country on a K-1 and we have now married), on ''Current Occupation'' do I list her work in Moscow or put none, for me (part 3 b) do I put my ss# for ''A#''?

Re: Immigrations forms I-485

If you have that many questions, you better arrange a consultation with an immigration attorney to help you. Brief answers are: all the information you put on I-485 is hers, not yours. If she has never got a work authorization here in the US, or any other document with an Alien number (A#), she does not have that number. So put N/A. Her current place of employment will be none (if she is in the US and does not work). Her current USCIS status is K-1, do not put your SS for her A#. Address/C/O will be if she does not have her own mailing adress, and her mail comes to someone else - then you put c/o NAME of the person who receives mail for your wife.
