Legal status
someone has a masder of computer engineering from us, but this person has been illegal since last year. How can become legal withought leaving us. if this person can marry someone with green card will that give a legal status?

Need to marry auS citizen...still need to go for consular processing and apply for waiver at that time..if 245 (i) comes back...he can adjust here.
