Including the words: ''Yellow Pages'' in company headline

Hi,

I am starting an online directory of business in the state of UTAH. I would like to know if using the words �Yellow Pages� as a company description is illegal or can I use it?

Example: Directoryutah.com �Utah�s most complete Yellow Page Directory�

I will greatly appreciate any feedback. Thank you.

If "Yellow Pages" is trademarked you cannot use it.
