Legal Question in Employment Law in Utah

Change in job responsiblity

Due I have any recourse if my job resposibilities have changed dramatically since I was hired...I was hired as an Implementation Analyst and now am basically a call center rep tied to the phones all day...this is a HUGE change and I would never have accepeted the positon as it is now defined.

Unless you have an employment contract your option is to quit and get another job.
