Old Employer

I worked for an employer that I became good friends with; we made an agreement to put a work car into my name for 6 months. (I have a written agreement) The 6 months is up most of the agreement has not been kept on his part what is the best thing to do in this situation to get the car out of my name and the situation fixed.

If the employer will not cooperate, you will have to enforce the agreement in court.
