Legal Question in Employment Law in Utah

Employment discrimination

Hi,

I have applied several times to a government agency, and they have never called me for an interview until today after I sent them an email asking if they only hire internal. My interview was at 11:00am, and they told me that the interview will be the whole day and they will make decision before the weekend. However at 3:25pm the same day, they sent me an email and told me that they have chosen another candidate. And they also posted the exact position again. I believe they are discriminating me because I am very sure that I am well qualifying for the position. What can I do?

Thanks,

Re: Employment discrimination

If you think you were discriminated against, go to the Utah Labor Commission's website and look up the Antidiscrimination Division.
