Healthcare benefits
My husband's former employer cut off our benefits on the last day of his work- Nov. 26th. Even though our premium was paid through the month. Another premium was taken out of his final check on Nov. 30th for which we did not receive any coverage. They will not cover our dental work performed Nov. 29th, even though our premium should have covered through the end of the month. Is this legal, and is there anything we can do?
