Legal Question in Employment Law in Utah

I live in an employment at will state (UT). I was recently offered a job for $42,500 a year on salary. I believe that my new supervisor is threatened by me and is considering my termination. I've only been employed for three weeks. Is the offer of a yearly salary implication enough for entitlement to the balance of my annual salary should I be forced to seperate from the company? Is there a precedence that would justify taking this to court?
