Legal Question in Employment Law in Utah
Work Force Service claimed they called me on a specific date and "I" Told them information about my work and employer. All this is untrue.They never called on that date or anytime I remember. They took my daughters insurance away now.
What law are they breaking?

Your remedy is to file for an appeal of the denial - which must be done within a short time of the notice you were given. WFS made an administrative decision, you must appeal that decision to get your benefits reinstated.
