Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Utah

Here is some background information, I worked for a Carrier a little over 1.5 years ago, managing and accounting and tax practice for their independent contract drivers. I have started my own practice now and wondered what kind of problems I would run into if I were to solicit my accounting and tax services on their business property? The drivers hang around outside in the evenings at their truck yard. I am thinking about going over and passing out business cards and talking with them to explain how I can assist them.

The Carrier could get an injunction against your for interfering with their business, and might be able to get a judgment against you for damages for their lost business. Not a good idea to solicit on their property.
