Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Utah

dental abuse of a patient

I took my 4 year old daughter to a dentist and she was not wanting to cooperate and so he asked me to step out thinking that she would have an easier time so I walked down the hall a couple of steps. I heard my daughter crying right after I left ''I want my mommy and just crying, I turned around toward the office she was in and I see the dentist with one hand covering her mouth and the other hand behind her head and he is jerking and shaking her head telling her to shut up she is not a baby and she needs to be quiet. I ran into the room and told him to stop and I grabbed my daughter and left. There were 2 other nurses in the room trying to assist the dentist and I heard one of the nurses when I walked in say ''dr. loisi'' as if to be telling him that he needs to stop so she knew as well what he was doing was not appropriate. I want to know what if anything I can do to make sure that he never does this again.
