Legal Question in Personal Injury in Utah

damage to car at club

My car was damaged svereley outside of a night club. The damage was documented by police reports to have been done by the bouncers(security) of the club involved in breaking up a bar fight. I want to know if the club, or who if anyone else, is responsible for the damages.

Re: damage to car at club

Sounds like you may have a good chance of getting the

damage repaired, either by the establishment, their bouncers,

or even your own insurance company.

I'd recommend contacting a local attorney who is familiar with

insurance law claims.

Good luck!

Re: damage to car at club

If the club employees caused damage then the club should be responsible for the

loss. The legal doctrine is called respondeat superior.
