Legal Question in Personal Injury in Utah

Nail Salon injury

I was sliced at a nail salon and

injured. They refused to take

responsibility and said that it was my

fault that they hurt my heel with a

razorblade. What is my recourse and

how do you recommend proceeding?

They said that they would pay

medical expenses, but said that I'd

have to go to through their insurance

and wouldn't give me their

information. Please advise!

If they refuse to give you information, sue them in small claims court
