Breaking a rental lease
My father agreed to pay our rent and has just moved out. We cant afford this home now. Is there a legal way of breaking a lease 6 months early?

Not likely. Look at your lease agreement to see if there is a contingency of any kind that you could rely on, but I'd be very surprised is there were. Likely best course is to see if you can negotiate with your landlord.
