Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah

My Brother and Son own a house together. They are both on the title, there is no mortgage as the house was paid for in full. My son is the only one of the two living in the house. My brother wants to kick my son out of the house so he can sell it. Can he legally do that, since both names are on the title? My brother states he is a lien holder, but there is no paperwork stating this.

He might be able to get a court order requiring the son to leave while the home is sold. Son is entitled to his share of the equity.
