Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah

Is A License Required In Utah To Be A Note Finder?

I recently got involved in the cash flow business. I will be acting as a Note Finder of Seller-Financed Real Estate Notes. I act only as a Note Finder who finds people who want to sell their Notes and then hook those people up with Investors who want to buy that Note. I will never be actually buying or selling any Notes. I get a commission from the Investors for finding them the deal. Do I have to be licensed to do this? Thank you.
