I need to go and get some of my machinery from the company I have been working for. They want me to sign a contract that I don't feel good about signing and they said if I don't sign it by today, then I am out of there. Well some of the machinery is mine. Can I get it without any problems from them?

Not having a crystal ball I cannot tell whether the company will give you trouble. However, you have a legal right to your machinery and can get a court order to get your property.
