Property Deeds

I am cohabiting a residence and she owns the mortgage, however I am on the property deed and am responsible for the home as much as she. If we were to separate what are my rights in recouping the worth of the house if we split?

You can ask for half of the equity increase from the date your name appeared on the deed.
