My husband had own a house ten days after we got married he wanted me to buy the house and it was financed in my maiden name however we were married when i bought the house from him, he received all the money and now we are divorcing, is he responsible for the debt also

If your name is the only name on the mortgage and title, the house belongs to you and you are responsible for the payments. However, as a part of the final divorce decree, the court can order your husband to pay all or part of the mortgage.
