squatters with contract
we have squatters who move house to house signing agreements with owners who have been forclosed on or being forclosed on. what can we do in this private HOA? they throw big parties

The HOA has the power to enforce restrictive covenants, incorporation documents and bylaws. Have your association attorney review these to consider your options.
