Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Utah

Sexual Harassment

My girlfriend has been acting funny the past month. She quit a job she only had 4 a week. She never told me why, she just said it wasn't for her. So a few days ago she finally told me that when she went in to fill out papers for this job her boss had touched her, she said she was too afraid to do anything. It happened once more, then she quit. How should she go about reporting this? I am afraid it will be a ''he said/she said'' situation. My reaction is to go visit him myself but of course thats not best for her or for me. I really want this guy to get what he deserves. What would be the best course of action?

Re: Sexual Harassment

She should file a claim for unemployment with Utah Workforce Services; she can also file a claim for sexual harassment with the Utah Discrimination Office.
