Tax refund question

We had a $700 IRS tax bill when we filed our ch 13. We have made 3 payments of over 1370. Has the tax bill been paid and can we still file for a refund and expect to receive it?

You will have to check with the IRS to see if the bill has been paid. If the bill is paid, you can file and expect a refund.
