Re: illegitimate child

First, I am not licensed in any state but Montana and I cannot give you specific advice. What I am relating is my experience in Montana only. Determinations by DNA testing laboratories have been used to establish that a male either was or was not the father. Usually these cases were about child support. You will need a lawyer's assistance to present your case to the Court properly so that the testing can be done. The last case where my client insisted he was not the father did not turn out well for him. The DNA testing proved him to be the father. Good Luck!
