Legal Question in Family Law in Vermont

My friend Tina is getting divorce from Bill,after 37 yr-5 grown kids.Tina thinks the new wife is only after Bills money & land with trailer of what Tina is living. Bill is giving this to Tina. Should Tina leave Bills name on deed,as new wife may try to put her name on it with hubby Bill, or should Tina have only her own name??

Tina should only have her name on it if she wants it to be hers.
