Legal Question in Disability Law in Virginia

employment and ADA

I was injured at work and the work comp MD is going to release me as having a permanent injury (MMI) to my back with work restrictions that I work from home. Part of my work as a consultant can be done from home . Traveling and working in client offices can not. Can my company just let me go now and say the can not accomodate me?
