Birth Certificate

My birth certificate and social security card as lost in a fire. How do I get new ones.

You can apply for a replacement card by filing out the required papers with the Social Security Administration and, you should also be able to obtain a duplicate birth certificate from the Vital Records bureau or office, usually associated with the Department of Health of the state in which you were born by submitting the necessary papers with the required ID for the duplicate certificate.
