today i received this notice attached to my fathers frint door,where i reside, is there anything that can be done to stop it

This legal notice is serious business and means that sheriff's deputies could soon be out to your father's house to attach his personal property in order to settle a judgment which one or more of his creditors has likely obtained against him.

Your father would be well advised to arrange for a consultation with an attorney regarding this matter to determine what, if anything, might be done now to minimize the very adverse consequences which are likely to result from this situation if nothing is done.
