am seperated from my husband we filed in 2008 when can i file on my own he was abusive towards me and im trying to get my credit straigtened out i got so many bill collectors calling i dont work i get social security 734 a month

You can file and receive a Chapter 13 discharge now. Chapter 7 has to wait 8 years from your prior Chapter 7 filing (2016).
