car loan contract

I purchased a vehicle and an extended warranty on the vehicle was included in the contract. It turns out that the warranty was worthless meaning I was paying for a warranty that did not exist. Does this void the entire contract?

Probably not, meaning that that part of the contract which may be legally void or voidable and, therefore, excisable or recissable as a valid part of the contract, would not prevent the rest of the instrument from being fully enforceable.
