Christian Only Hiring
Is it legal to hire based on a Christian only hiring policy?
If it is legal, how does that not combat the Civil Rights Act of 1964?

If this criterion is applied evenly across the board with respect to race, national origin, age, gender, etc., they can probably get away with it, assuming they're a private organization/business and not being supported with taxpayer dollars.
