Contract - good or no good?
Our nonprofit organization's then-President signed a 5yr contract with a baseball team giving the exclusive rights to the baseball field that the organization has no right to contract out. The building and land was donated by Harold T. Goyne to the Community.
The President and the other party were the only ones whom signed the contract. It is to my understanding that all documents and coorespondence are to be signed by the Secretary AND the President..
HELP.. we want out of this contract immediately.
