Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
My ex-employer issue me a check without me filling the tax form W4 and the form I-9 employment verification.Is what they did legal?Can they fill for me and assume in the same time how many exemption from withholding i have?

If they don't answer, or you are not satisfied with their answers, then contact your local employment development or labor department. They will investigate any wage issues and take action.
