Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
I ask a question on 7/30/2012 about Verizon sending a bill of mine in the amount $14.66 to a debt collector and I already had a credit of over $83.00 on my bill from a complaint that I filled with BBB. I'm asking for $25,000 in damages. All I would like to know is, Do I have a case?

Your mere claim for $25K under these facts and without further
credible evidence to show how you incurred damages that would
justify such an award is plain silly. Therefore without such evidence
the answer must necessarily be NO, you do not (at least one
that might be worth pursuing).
