Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia

I am repeatedly being threatened with law suit for breach of contract.

I have illustrated to the other party that they are not only acting in bad faith but in error in their accusation.

They are still being belligerent.

2 questions:

first:

I assume that he is allowed to be belligerent but at what point does it become harassment?

What recourse do I have to stop harassment if his actions meet that standard?

second:

If he does take this to court, what would be the maximum damages I could claim for malicious suit?

1. Not enough relevant facts provided to make a reasonable judgment (in my opinion).

2. I further doubt it as unlikely that you would have a viable basis for a claim of

malicious prosecution.
