Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia

I am a salaried employee, I work an average of 60 - 70 hours a week per my manager. My pay scale is set on a 40 hr work week. Do I have legal grounds to pursue the monies owed to me?

No, I don't believe so until the rules governing the compensation of

so-called salaried employees under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FSLA)

as implemented by the Department of Labor (DOL) have been formally changed

which I don't believe has occurred as of yet ( but could happen in the

near future).
