sale of vehicle

i sold a vehicle to a guy in canada and it has been over a month and he has not picked up the van. He paid for it and i fed exed the title. He says in his email that he will come every week but still no show. When will it become my property again and how do I get a title. The van remains on my property at this time. thanks

This isn't some kind of eBay bogus cashier's check scam, is it? How was the vehicle paid for? Maybe you could write and tell the buyer you are going to start charging $20/day for storage unless he moves the vehicle.
