Small Business Arbitration
Fighting with a former client over contract dispute. We went to court and they backed out. Now they are taking me to an arbitration forum. Do I have to go forth with this?

If your contract has an arbitration clause, you are probably obligated to arbitrate. You need to have a lawyer take a look at the arbitration demand.
