I work in a motel as a front desk reservationist. I have been concerned about the fact that sometimes even though I am careful whom I rent the room's to . Can I or the motel owners be held liable, if someone is using drugs get's hurt or or hurts someone else.?

No, not under the ordinary circumstances of a motel's normal business
operations (in my opinion).
