how do i get my ex boyfriend out of the town home that i am renting if he is not on the lease

Discuss the matter with the landlord. If s/he is not willing

to undertake the formal eviction procedures necessary through the local general district court, then you will probably have to file the Warrant for Unlawful Detainer to have this ex-boyfriend evicted.
