Used Car Sales

If you purchased a used car but have not had the opportunity to have the car in your possession due to repairs for the vehicle in which the lot you bought the car from had to make. Can you request your money back under the 3 day lemon law since you have not had the car in your possession and the dealer has had it all but 4 hrs of your purchase time? There have been several items found wrong with teh vehicle so it can't be brought home yet. Can I get my money back even though the sale was as is with warrenty purchase?
